Chaplain’s Chat

In Week 3 of the School Holidays, we as ACC Staff had a staff conference. Relationships and love were 2 themes that I could see woven throughout the conference. This wasn’t because of someone’s decision to give the conference that theme (the word theme wasn’t even used). However, it was an observation that I made in the language used by many of our staff as different staff members spoke. To me, it seemed that God was moving on our hearts collectively to remember his love and out of that incredible love that he has for us we can’t help but to love (1 John 4:19).

I got to hear from many of our staff who shared their heart about what they do. And I can confidently say; we love you. We love the students that we get to teach and the families that are within our community. My hope is that you would not just hear me say we love you but that you would experience it for yourself in our time together.

I pray that you would know how much you are loved by us and by God. Lord, please continue to remind me of your incredible love for me and may my understanding of that love continue to deepen.
